CORROSION OF CONFORMITY Frontman Explains Why He Didn't Want To Play Bass For METALLICA

Pepper Keenan, frontman for CORROSION OF CONFORMITY, called in to the "Opie & Anthony" show to explain A) why he wasn't in studio the previous Friday and B) Why he ultimately didn't get...and didn't WANT the gig in METALLICA when he auditioned for the open bass player slot. As previously reported, Keenan recently taped an appearance on MTV2's "Headbanger's Ball", to air on Saturday, May 21 beginning at 10:00 p.m. EST.

CORROSION OF CONFORMITY will be teaming up with CROWBAR, ALABAMA THUNDERPUSSY and WEEDEATER for a U.S. tour beginning in early June.
